A: No. Under no circumstances does Tools4D ever communicate with Maxon or anyone else to validate the information you provide.
Q. Can I use a student License?
A. Yes.
Q. I am working with R12 or R13 and want to upgrade to R14 soon. Can I get a free upgrade?
A. Yes. If you purchase for R12 or R13 , you can ask for a free license for R14. you will also get a free number for R15, from R14.
Q. What do I do if I have a multiserver license.
A. For a multiserver you have to purchase the maximum number of licenses available. eg.5 or 10 and you will receive a special version of the plugin to support the number of licenses you purchased.
Q. I am trying to log in to download a free plugin ,but I don’t get a confirmation email.
A. Don’t use a throw away email address as the server checks for this and will reject any kind of throwaway email.
Q. I have not received my product key ,whats going on?
A. 1.Check your spam.
2.Did you provide the first 11 numbers of your c4d serial?
3.Depending on the time of day,you might have to wait until I wake up. The first thing I do every morning, is process any keys.
